Make the meme.
AI judges.
Holders get paid.
Creator fees fund a prize every day. Holders submit memes, an AI judge with a rubric fixed in the contract picks the top three, and stakers can veto a bad call. Winners take ETH. The community does the marketing and gets paid for it.
Each round pays 30% of the prize balance: 50% to #1, 30% to #2, 20% to #3. The rest carries over.

Stake. Meme. Win.
Stake to enter
At least 1,000 tokens staked for 24 hours. Throwaway wallets can’t flood the round. Up to 3 entries a day.
Submit
Upload your meme, then post its file hash and link on-chain before the round closes at midnight UTC.
AI verdict
Within 6 hours the judge posts the top 3 and the hash of its full report: every entry, every score, every reason.
Veto or pay
Stakers have 6 hours to veto. If 30% of stake vetoes, nothing is paid and the prize rolls over. Otherwise winners claim ETH.
The rubric, fixed forever
hash in the contractThe full text is published and its hash 0x1142b183…b628ab is stored in the contract at deploy. The judge can’t quietly change the rules.
Why trust an AI judge?
- It can’t pick itself, can’t pick entries that weren’t submitted in time, and can’t touch staked tokens or prize money.
- Every score is public. The report covers all entries, and its hash is posted on-chain with the verdict.
- Stakers have the last word. A veto at 30% of stake voids the verdict. Stake bought after the verdict can’t veto or dilute.
- If the judge goes silent, nothing is lost: the prize rolls over to the next round.
- No owner, no admin keys. Prize share, windows and thresholds are fixed at deploy.
